| Abstract: | In order to improve the production efficiency and product quality of garment enterprises, this paperstarts with the production feature of sewing workshop and the garment technological process of garment enterprises, through a large number of garment enterprises＂ practices and data analysis, the problems are solved such asthe production bottleneck of flow operation, the production progress controlling, and the quality control of goodsin process and so on. |
