剑麻柔软细化处理工艺研究

摘    要:为了改善剑麻纤维柔软性和细度,提高剑麻纤维的可纺性,通过设计正交实验,并采用模糊数学分析法对强度、残胶率、细度、柔软度等4项指标进行模糊综合评价值分析.经实验验证,得到剑麻纤维柔软细化的最佳工艺,即采用氯预处理,以本质素粉为助剂,NaOH浓度为15g/L,处理时间为1h.

Abstract:In order to improve sisal fibre softening,slenderizing and spinnability,through orthogonal experiment design,the strength,incomplete glue rate,softening and slenderizing are evaluated by using fuzzy mathematical analysis method.The optimized softening and slenderizing process for sisal fibre is as follows:Chlorine pretreatment,taking lignis powder as additive,NaOH concentration 15g/L,time 1h.
