含氟织物整理剂的合成及其应用

采用两种不同的乳液聚合方式合成含氟丙烯酸酯乳液.探讨了含氟单体含量、不同含氟单体及不同的乳液聚合方式对聚合物防水效果的影响,同时优化了所合成的含氟织物整理剂的最佳整理工艺.结果表明,当丙烯酸十二氟庚酯（FA-05）用量占单体总用量为50%时,采用三阶段乳液聚合方法时合成的含氟丙烯酸酯乳液具有良好的稳定性及防水性能;含氟织物整理剂的最佳整理工艺为棉织物→两浸两轧（整理剂60 g/L,浸置时间25min,轧余率75%）→预烘（100℃,3min）→烘焙（180℃,3min）.

Preparation and application of fluorin-containing textile finishing agent emulsion

The fluorinated acrylate emulsion was synthesized by two different emulsion polymerizations.The influences of the amount of fluorine monomer,different fluorine monomers and different polymerizations on waterproof properties of emulsion were discussed.At the same time,the process of textile finishing was discussed.The result showed that the fluorinated acrylate emulsion has good performance and excellent waterproof properties when the amount of FA-05 is 50% and the emulsion is synthesized by three phase emulsion polymerization;the best finishing process of the fluorin-containing textile finishing agent is as follows： dyed fabrics→2 dip and 2 roll（fluorin-containing textile finishing agent is 60g/L,the time of immersion is 25min,pick up is 75%）→pre-drying（100℃×3min）→baking（180℃×3min）.
