纺织类上市公司内部控制信息披露的市场反应

摘    要:通过对52家纺织类上市公司披露内部控制信息的市场反应进行分析,发现披露内部控制信息使得企业在资本市场中产生短期的超额收益,但在较长时间段没有得以维持.说明纺织类上市公司内部控制信息披露对资本市场的影响力不足,这与纺织类上市公司内部控制信息披露的方式及内容有关,纺织企业应切实加强内部控制的建设并规范其信息披露机制.

Abstract:Through analysis of the market reaction of internal control information disclosure of 52 textile listed companies,it is found that disclosing the internal control information can make short-time excess return in capital market,but not for long period.This shows that the internal control information disclosure of textile listed companies has less influence on the capital market.Textile enterprises should strengthen the construction of internal control and regulate the information diclosure mechanism.
