澳中高校学生工作的比较研究

借鉴澳大利亚高校学生工作的先进理念和经验,促进我国高校学生工作的发展与提高.通过对澳大利亚与我国高校学生工作的历史沿革及界定、工作理念、管理模式的比较,探讨两国学生的教育与管理,分析两国高校学生工作将面临的机遇与挑战.面对新的形势与要求,认为今后我国高校学生工作应从树立学生全面发展的工作理念、搭建全方位学生服务体系、建立垂直条状式学生管理模式、提高学生工作专业化职业化水平、加强教授与学生决策影响力、建立立体化育人平台、强化学生法制教育等7个方面,构建我国高校学生工作的新模式.

Contrastive study on students work in universities of China and Australia

A study on how to improve students′ work in Chinese universities was made based on the model of advanced ideology and experience of students′ work in Australian Universities.A contrastive study of the developing history,working ideology and management model was build with the purpose of probing into the education and management of students in the two countries,and the opportunities and challenges of the students work are analyzed.It is found that facing new situation and requirements,in order to help students develop from overall aspects,students work in Chinese universities should have a new model which isThe management system of students affairs should focus on vertical strip-like model.The specialization and professionalization standard of students work should be improved.The education of law awareness should be strengthened.
