衣内微气候测试系统的设计

摘    要:介绍一种基于单片机和LabVIEW构成的衣内微气候测试系统.使用这一系统测试服装内的温湿度,为科学评价服装的热湿舒适性提供先进的测试手段.测试系统分为下位机温湿度采集端与上位机数据处理端.数据采集端以单片机为核心,结合外围温湿度传感器负责温湿度信号的采集;数据处理端以LabVIEW为系统软件开发环境,实现了与下位机(单片机)的串口传输,温湿度数据的图形化显示,文件存储功能.测试结果表明,衣内微气候测试系统测试准确,工作可靠,可用于服装热湿舒适性测量及其他相关领域.

Abstract:The measuring system of the microclimate in clothing were introduced based on MCU and labVIEW.The measursing of the temparature and humidity in clothing provides advanced method to evaluate the clothing comfort.The measuring system is devided into lower-machine temperature and humidity collection and PC data processing.Data acquisition is based on MCU and combined with the external temperature and humidity sensors.It is responsible for the collection of temperature and humidity singnals.Data processing realized serial transmission,graphical display and file saving by taking LabVIEW software.The test results show that micro-climate in clothing system testes accuracy and reliable,it can be used in thermal-moisture comfort measurement of clothing and other related field.
