蜂巢组织织物不同湿态条件下的摩擦性能

摘    要:设计了7种不同形状的蜂巢组织,选用干态、含湿率为30%和70%时不同形状的蜂巢组织织物作为实验对象,磨料采用尼龙军袜,将尼龙军袜底与不同含湿量的蜂巢组织织物叠合,模拟人脚在出汗的情况下作训鞋中底布的摩擦性能.结果表明,蜂巢织物的凹凸状效应越明显,厚度越大,织物的摩擦性能越好,不同含湿率条件下,蜂巢织物的摩擦性能具有明显差异.

Abstract:Seven different kinds of shape honeycomb weaves were designed. The experiments choosed differentshapes honeycomb weaves which were 30% moisture rate and 70% moisture rate as the target of experiment. Abrasives were nylon socks. The experiment combined nylon socks, bottom and different moisture rate honeycomb weaves fiber, which were imitation the scrape performance of conduct operations shoes, bottom cloth when foot is perspiring. The results show that, the more obvious bump of honeycomb weaves fabric, thicker, the better the performance of friction fabric, different moisture rate conditions, the friction properties of honeycomb fabric has a significant difference
