| 摘 要： | 利用公检棉花的HVI数据对棉纺企业配棉方法进行指导,达到优棉优用、稳定质量、节约资源、降低成本的目的.通过分析公检棉花各项数据指标和棉纺企业配棉指标的关系,以公检棉花的HVI数据为基础,根据配棉原理建立配棉数学模型,把配棉数学模型转化为标准的线性方程组,利用计算机求解方程组,完成对配棉模型的求解.通过对配棉方案进行优化,使棉纺企业更加合理地利用棉花资源.

| Abstract: | The relationship between the objective fair detection data and cotton assorting indicators is analyzed.Taking HVI data as the basis,the mathematical model of cotton assorting is set up,then it is changed to standard system of linear equations,finally,the system of linear equations is solved by computer.The optimized cotton assoring plan provides a reasonable way for cotton bales management and processing. |
