基于虚拟样机的数控铣床结构动态特性分析

摘    要:为了对数控铣床结构进行优化设计,运用系统建模与仿真以及虚拟样机技术,分别在Pro/E、ADAMS和ANSYS平台上建立数控铣床的三维模型和立柱有限元模型,进行了数控铣床的运动仿真和立柱的模态分析,得到立柱前20阶频率.通过对变形云图的分析,确定电机主轴的转速不宜大于12 000r/min.

Abstract:In order to get the optimization design of CNC milling machine structure,the system modeling,simulation,and virtual prototyping technology are used.It has built 3D model and finite element model of the column on Pro/E、ADAMS and ANSYS platform respectively,the motion simulation and modal analysis of the column have been done.Frequency of the top to bonds of the colunm is acquired.Through the analysis of the deformation figure,the spinde speed of the motor should not be greater than 12 000r/min.
