反硝化聚磷菌培养驯化方式及其影响因素分析

摘    要:利用SBR法培养驯化反硝化聚磷菌的方式主要分为两阶段驯化法和三阶段驯化法,两种驯化方式均能达到良好的驯化效果,其除磷效率和脱氮效率均能达到90%左右和80%以上;又各有其优势,三阶段法要比两阶段法快,在相同驯化时间内,采用三阶段法驯化的反硝化聚磷菌利用硝酸盐吸磷的能力要强于两阶段法。同时在反硝化聚磷菌培养驯化过程中,厌氧HRT、pH、炭源、DO、SRT的控制至关重要。

Abstract:Acclimation methods of denitrifying phosphorus bacteria by using SBR are divided into twostage acclimation method and three-stage acclimation method. The two acclimation methods can both achieve good results,whose efficiency of phosphorus and nitrogen removal can both reach above 90% and 80%, and each has its advantages. The three-stage method is faster than the two-stage method, and during the same time of acclimation, the phosphorus adsorption capacity of the denitrifying phosphorus bacteria domesticated by the three-stage method by using nitrate is stronger than that by the two-stage method. Meanwhile, the anaerobic HRT, pH, carbon source, DO and SRT play important roles in the acclimation of denitrifying phosphorus bacteria.
