摘    要:公园绿地的服务效率是评价城市影响力和衡量市民生活水平的重要指标,空间可达性是公园绿地服务效率指标的核心内容。以往的公园绿地可达性研究只是考虑距离公园的直线距离,没有涉及市民到公园的实际路线,或没有考虑到公园绿地周围的实际情况,存在一定局限性。本文以GIS技术为支撑,采用成本加权距离方法对济南市公园绿地的空间可达性进行分析,并提出了相应的绿地建设方案。结果表明:基于相对阻力的可达性分析,公园绿地可达性较为合理;基于综合阻力值的可达性分析,公园绿地可达性不合理,可达性不合理的区域分布在中心城区的西、北部。

Abstract:Efficiency of urban green space has become an important indicator of urban influence and living standard, of which the spatial accessibility is the core. Traditional studies on the accessibility of park green space have some limitations, which consider only straight-line distance from the park, not involving the actual line to the park, nor taking into account the actual circumstances surrounding the park. In this paper, an analysis is made of the spatial accessibility of park green space in Jinan City parks and the corresponding greenbelt construction scheme is put forward by using GIS technology and cost weighted distance method. The results show that the accessibility of park green space is more rea- sonable according to the accessibility analysis based on the relative resistance while the accessibility is unreasonable according to the analysis based on the integrated resistance value and that the regions of unreasonable accessibility are distributed in the west and north of the central city.
