| 摘 要： | 在分析影响普通高校学费收取标准的主要因素的基础上,以国家生均拨款、培养费用、家庭收入等指标为参数,建立高等学校学费的双目标优化模型.利用α算法将双目标规划转化为单目标规划模型,得出在假设条件下的学费收取标准,为我国政府制定高等教育学费标准提供借鉴.

| Abstract: | The main factors which influence the higher education tuition standard are analyzed.An double-objective optimization model of higher education tuition is set up,by taking the related data such as national appropriation for each student,training expenses,family income.Then the double-objective optimization model is transformed into single objective programming model by using the α-algorithm,and the tuition charge standard under the assumed conditions is obtained.It can be a reference to Chinese government about the establishment of higher education tuition standard. |
