| 摘 要： | 为了探求公用企业竞争化改革的反垄断法实现路径,采用实证分析法和分析归纳法,从反垄断法视角研究我国公用企业竞争化改革的实践及其存在的问题,认为我国公用企业竞争化改革尚处于初级阶段.反垄断法本身的完善有利于公用企业改革,而反垄断法的完善则应该在实践中不断完善行业立法和我国反垄断法实施细则.

| Abstract: | In order to find a good way to promting the reform of the public enterprise,the public enterprise reform was researched from the view of Antitrust Law by the empirical analysis and inductive method.As far as we are concernd,the reforms are still at an early stage.The conclusion can be drawn as follows： the improving of Antitrust Law itself is conducive to the reform of public enterprise.Moreover,the improving of Antitrust Law should be finished in practice to enhance industry legislation and rules for the implementation of Antitrust Law by the way of trial and error. |
