两级蒸发冷却空调机组的模拟分析

摘    要:分析能耗分析软件EnergyPlus中兰州地区气象文件和蒸发冷却模型,得到机组各段效率和进出口温度值.采用该软件对兰州地区管式间接-直接两级蒸发冷却空调机组进行模拟,将模拟值和实测值对比发现间接段和直接段效率误差均在3%以内.该机组的能耗分析表明,机组COP值达11.9,远远低于传统空调机组能耗.

Abstract:The weather data of Lanzhou city and evaporative cooling model in EnergyPlus software were analyzed.A two-stage evaporative cooling air conditioning unit with tubular indirect evaporative cooling as first stage,and direct evaporative cooling as second stage were chosen as simulation object.The outlet temperatures and efficiency of each stage were simulated by EnergyPlus.By comparison of simulation results and measured data,the simulation error of efficiency is in 3%.The energy consumption analysis of this two-stage evaporative air cooling conditioning unit demonstrated that its COP is 11.9,much lower than that of traditional air conditioning equipment.
