摘    要:主要对动圈式永磁直线电动机进行推力波动分析,通过使气隙磁场波形和输入电流接近正弦波等措施降低电磁推力波动。利用ANSYS软件针对具体项目进行电磁推力波动优化设计,削弱电磁推力波动。

Abstract:Electromagnitic thrust fluctuation of moving coil permanent magnet synchronous linear motor(PMSLM) was researched to reduce it.Performance of PMSLM was improved by taking measures to reduce the thrust fluctuation.The thrust fluctuation can be greatly reduced by proper sine wave of air-gap magnetic field and input electric current.In addition,through a instance ANSYS software was applied to optimize electromagnitic thrust fluctuation design.
