摘    要:新型低温铝电解质体系物相组成复杂,单质铝的分离测定尤为困难。本文采用高选择性复合溶剂乙醇-氯化亚铜-氯化铵-盐酸(ECAH)直接分离后测定铝电解质中单质铝,成功解决了单质铝与其它铝的化合物分离困难的问题,有效降低了铝电解质溶样时铝的氟化物的微溶效应带来的误差,为铝电解质中单质铝的物相分析提供了可靠的研究方案。采用经典EDTA络合返滴定法测得铝电解质样品中单质铝含量,加标回收率在97%~103%之间,RSD(n=6)为1.1%和1.5%。测定结果和Al-CAS-OP-CPC四元络合光度法测定结果进行比对,结果一致。
