磁流体粘度特性的测量研究

摘    要:磁流体的磁粘特性与磁流体的构成有关,磁流体磁粘特性的测量构成了其应用领域技术研究的基础.通过自行研制的试验装置,克服了普通出流法装置中磁场强度梯度及温度对磁流体粘性特征的负效应,实现了对磁流体粘度的测量,并经分析,得出了磁流体粘度与磁场强度之间的非线性关系.

Abstract:Magnetorheological(MR) fluid has the magneticviscosity characteristics.These characteristics relied on the composition of MR fluid.So,the measure about the viscosity of MR fluid is the researching base in the applying area of MR fluid technology.In this paper,using a new developed test device,the negative effect of temperature and magnetic field intensity gradient on the viscosity characteristic of MR fluid in common fluidmeter was overcome.The viscosity of MR fluid was measured.And the test result showed that the relationship between magnetorheological fluid viscosity and its magnetic field intensity is nonlinear.
