带PROFIBUS—DP接口的电动执行机构的开发及应用

摘    要:本文以STC89C51单片机为核心,利用SIEMENS专用协议芯片SPC3,开发出带PROFIBUS-DP接口的电动执行机构.文章阐述了PROFIBUS-DP卡的总体设计方案和软硬件设计,给出了部分原理图和软件流程图,并提出了DP卡抗干扰的具体措施.最后通过实验室组网测试,证明该电动执行机构操作方便,通讯可靠,达到了预期效果.

Abstract:Taking STC89C51 MCU as the core,the design uses the special-purpose protocol chip SPC3 to develop the electric actuator with PROFIBUS-DP interface.The text introduces the implementation of software and hardware for PROFIBUS-DP card,provides some circuits and software flow charts,and proposes specific measures about anti-interference.Experiment proves that the actuator is easy to operate,reliable communications,and has reached the anticipated design object.
