电热连续结晶机的稳态模型研究

摘    要:电热连续结晶机是锡火法精炼过程中的重要设备.本文从物料平衡和能量平衡的内在机理出发建立了其稳态数学模型,并在此基础上阐述了物料因素和能量因素对于产品产量和质量的影响,从而为结晶分离过程的模型化及生产过程优化奠定了基础.

Abstract:The electric-heating continuous crystallizer is an importment equipment in the process of tin-smelting.According to the balance law of matter and energy,the static mathematical model is brilt up.The paper also shows the inflection of matter and energy to the quality and output of production,which lays a foundation to optimize the process and model the process of crystallizing.
