转炉炉壳焊接质量的磁粉检测

摘    要:大型冶炼转炉的炉壳大多采用现场多层多道焊接成整体的工艺方法。为避免焊接后存在缺陷而造成质量问题,因此在焊接过程中对焊缝必须进行多次磁粉检测。检测结果表明,在炉壳的部分焊接区域的焊缝表面有裂纹磁痕显示,尤其在耳轴下部的西南区域,存在连续分布的磁痕,消除了焊缝中的质量隐患。

Abstract:Technology method of many time welding was used in assemblage furnace mantle of large-scale smelting converter.For avoiding welding quality problem,welding line must be many times tested by magntic particle testing in welding.The detection showed the carck magnetic vestige was displayed in welding line surface of past welding zone of furnace mantle,and continuous distribution magnetic vestige in trunnion,the potential risk for quality was removed in welding line.
