| 摘 要： | 介绍了聚酯装置热态模拟过渡到酯化投料的工艺控制要点。控制热态模拟成功是酯化投料的先决条件。从热态模拟平稳地过渡到酯化投料,开始可采取半负荷浆料注入,合理地调整温度和压力,随着酯化釜液位的建立逐渐提高浆料注入速度。

| Abstract: | The process controlling main points of transition from thermal simulation to esterification feeding in PET plant were introduced.The success controlling of thermal simulation was the precondition of esterification feeding.At the beginning of steady transition from thermal simulation to esterification feeding,half load slurry injection was used,the temperature and pressure was adjusted reasonably.The slurry injection speed was gradually increased with the establishment of esterification reactor liquid leval. |
