| 摘 要： | 铬是动物机体所必需的一种微量矿物质元素，铬参与糖类、蛋白质、脂类的代谢，并有降低应激、改善动物机体的免疫机能、提高畜禽生产性能和繁殖力等作用。试验表明，铬作为畜禽饲料的添加剂是可行的，在畜禽生产和人类的生活中具有广泛的应用前景。
