摘    要:以单片机作为控制核心,应用交流高速采样电量变送器,完成对变频改造后挤压机的电压、电流、有功功率、转速、转矩等多个参数的测量。测量数据均采用数字化软件校正,并可上传PC机。系统测量数据准确、性能稳定。

Abstract:This system adopts microcontroller as control core, combined with high speed AC sampling sensor, can realize parameters measurements of frequency conversion transformed extruders such as voltage, current, active power, rotating speed and torques. The system can make accurate measurements and has a stable performance. It provides a theoretical and data basis for the further improvement of extrusion technology and the output per degree of extruders.
