用AOA广义阻抗变换器设计高阶电流模式滤波器

摘    要:为了获得高精度、高稳定性和低灵敏度的高阶电流模式滤波器,根据伴随网络的概念,以传统的基于电压反馈运算放大器(VFA)的广义阻抗变换器(GIC)为原型,先设计出基于伴随运算放大器(AOA)的电流模式接地GIC,并讨论了由GIC所组成的频变负阻、电容-电阻变换.再利用L.T.Bruton变换,将经典梯形LC五阶Butterworth低通滤波器转换为梯形五阶有源电流模式低通滤波器.计算机仿真与理论分析一致.

Abstract:To obtain higher-order current-modes filter with high accuracy,high stability,and low sensitivity,a current-mode earthed generalized impedance converter(GIC) based on voltage-feedback amplifier(VFA'S) was turned into a GIC based on adjoint Op-Amp's(AOA'S) by means of the concept of adjoint network.And a frequency dependent negative resistor and a capacitor-resistor converter were discussed.By L.T.Bruton transformation,we transformed a five-order Butterworth low-pass filter of LC ladders to a five-order active low-pass filter of ladders.Computer simulating results are consistent with theoretical analyses.
