基于ARM9的近红外山茶油无损检测仪研究

基于ARM9微处理器对山茶油无损检测仪的硬件和软件进行了研制,仪器硬件由近红外光谱采集模块和基于ARM9的嵌入式控制系统组成,近红外光谱采集模块包括仪器光路、AD620信号放大和AD7705 A/D转换电路。仪器光路由近红外LED光源、窄带滤光片、菲尼尔透镜和光电检测器组成。嵌入式控制系统以高性价比、低功耗的S3C2440A为核心,包括Nand Flash,SDRAM,USB,UART,LCD显示屏和触摸屏等外围设备。同时在嵌入式Linux系统下完成了AD7705驱动程序和基于QT的系统软件设计,实现了对山茶油的检测。对山茶油体积分数进行了建模和预测,结果表明:预测体积分数值与实际体积分数值基本一致。

Research of ARM9-based NIR camellia oil non-destructive detector

The hardware and software of camellia oil non-destructive detector based on ARM9 microprocessor is developed,hardware of the instrument is composed of near infrared(NIR)spectral acquisition module and ARM9-based embedded control system,and the NIR spectral acquisition module of the instrument includes apparatus light path,AD620 signal amplification and AD7705 A/D conversion circuit.Light path of the instrument is made up of NIR LED light source,narrow-band filter,Fresnel lens and photoelectric detector.Embedded control system uses cost-effective and low power consumption S3C2440A as the core,include Nand Flash,SDRAM,USB,UART,LCD display and touch screen peripherals,etc.At the same time,AD7705 driving program and system software design based on QT are completed by embedded Linux system,detection of camellia oil is achieved.Modeling and predicting for volume fraction of camellia oil are carried out,and the results show that the predicted volume fraction values and the actual volume fraction values can basically keep consistent.
