摘    要:设计了一种能够模拟脊柱侧弯、前屈、后伸、轴向压缩等方向的运动、快速分析脊柱生物力学特性的测量系统。对脊柱不同方向的加载通过万能材料试验机结合特制夹具实现,椎骨的应变由应变式传感器测量。基于LabVIEW平台开发的应变记录模块通过RS—232读取应变信号并实时显示。数据综合处理模块对传感器所测的信号和试验机记录的载荷、位移数据进行整合分析,最终由数据分析模块得出反映脊柱应变、刚度、运动范围等生物力学特性的参数或曲线。实验结果表明:该测量系统操作简单,能够模拟脊柱的三维运动,实现对脊柱多个生物力学特征参数的快速测定。

Abstract:A set of measurement system,which can simulate movements in directions such as lateral bending,flexion,extension and axial compression,and quickly analyze biomechanical properties of spine is designed.The universal testing machine combined with specially designed fixture is used to apply loads,and the strain of vertebrae is measured by strain sensors.Strain recording module based on LabVIEW platform is developed to read and real time display strain signal by RS-232.The data integration module integrates and analyze on signal measured by sensor as well as the load,displacement data recorded by the testing machine,and parameters or curves of spinal biomechanical properties such as strain,stiffness,range of motion(ROM) is derived from data analysis module.Experimental results show that the system is able to simulate the three-dimensional motion of the spine and realize rapid determination of several biomechanical parameters.
