摘    要:针对R22近期替代物多为非共沸混合制冷剂的现实和替代工作开展的需要,分析了采用非共沸混合制冷剂代替单组分工质后凝结和沸腾换热相界面传质阻力对蒸汽压缩式冷水机组蒸发器、冷凝器传热性能的不利影响,给出了由此引起的传热系数降低程度的估算,基于分析结果,对采用非共沸混合制冷剂的冷水机组换热器选型及设计进行了讨论。

Influence of nonazeotropic refrigerant mixtures on heat exchangers of water cooling chiller units
Abstract:In view of that most of the refrigerants for substituting R22 in recent years are nonazeotropic refrigerant mixtures, analyses the heat transfer coefficient reduction of heat exchangers used for water cooling chiller units caused by the mass transfer resistance on the vapor-liquid interface and the effect of the heat transfer based on both condensation and evaporation of the total heat transfer coefficient process compared with that of the pure refrigerants such as R22, and the reduction of total heat transfer coefficients for the evaporator and condenser. Based on the analysis, discusses the design and selection for water cooling chiller units when using nonazeotropic refrigerant mixtures.
