预拉伸变形后X60管线钢疲劳裂纹断口形貌分析

摘    要:用扫描电镜(SEM)分析了X60管线钢在未变形和10%的预拉伸变形后循环载荷下的裂纹断口形貌.结果表明:在高应力比下,静载拉伸力学因素在断裂机制中占主导地位,随着应力比的降低,断口呈现疲劳断裂特征;随着加载频率的降低,MnS夹渣的数量和密度明显增加;疲劳断口呈现出典型的晶间断裂冰糖状形貌,但由于X60管线钢的晶粒细小,并不明显.

Abstract:The crack fractographs of X60 pipeline steel after 10% per-tension deformation under cyclic loading are investigated by the SEM.The results indicate that at high stress ratio(R=0.9) the static state tensile mechanics is the dominant factor in the fracture mechanisms.With the decrease of the stress ratio R,the fractograph presents evident fatigue facture characteristics.The amount and intensity of MnS inclusion evidently increase with the loading frequency decrease.The typical intergranular facture characteristics have been found.But because of the smaller grain of X60 pipeline,it isn't obvious.
