摘    要:针对目前液化气Merox抽提液相氧化法脱硫醇精制技术存在的脱硫精制不合格,废碱液难处理等问题,对影响脱硫深度以及催化剂稳定性的因素进行了研究。结果表明,催化剂碱液(剂碱)共存是造成碱相中的硫醇钠容易转化为二硫化物而导致精制后的液化气硫含量不合格的原因。碱液中的催化剂不稳定,容易聚集失活,而固载化催化剂的稳定性大大增强。

Abstract:The current LPG desulfurization processs—Merox sweetening process has many problems such as disqualification of desulfurization and difficulty in dealing with the disabled alkaline. So in this paper, the influencing factors to the further desulfurization and the stability of catalyst were studied. The results showed that the coexistence of catalyst and alkaline made the sodium mercaptide changed into disulfide which entered the refined LPG which was the main reason of the disqualification of desulfurization. The catalyst dispersed in the alkaline was easy to assemble and became disabled, but the solidified catalyst had good stability.
