提出解决考虑风险关联的项目风险应对策略选择问题的优化方法.首先给出风险关联的定义及风险关联程度的度量方法;其次,综合考虑项目工期、质量、项目风险应对成本3个因素,构建考虑风险关联的项目风险应对策略选择优化模型,通过求解模型得到满意的风险应对策略;最后,通过算例分析验证方法的可行性和有效性.研究结果表明,风险关联对项目风险应对决策有影响,在项目管理过程中需要考虑风险之间的关联作用.

Method of selecting project risk response strategies considering risk interdependence

Aiming at the problem of selecting project risk response strategies considering risk interdependence, an optimization method is proposed. Firstly, the definition of risk interdependence is given and the method for measuring the degree of risk interdependence is proposed. Then, based on the analysis of risk interdependence, an optimization model with the consideration of project schedule, project quality and the implementation cost of risk response strategies is constructed. By solving this model, the desirable risk response strategies are obtained. Finally, a case study is given to illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method. The results show that the risk interdependence can impact the project risk response decisions and it is essential to consider the risk interdependence in the process of project risk management.
