| 摘 要： | 以现代学徒制试点为背景,分析了高职院校"双师型"教师团队建设现状,并探讨存在的问题,从国家、学校、专业3个层面提出了高职院校现代学徒制试点专业"双师型"教师团队构建策略,以期推进建设高素质的"双师型"教师团队,提高教师理论教学和实践教学能力,从而为现代学徒制试点工作顺利进行提供保障。

| Abstract: | In the background of the experiment of modern apprenticeship,this article analyzes the status quo of the construction of the "double-qualified" teacher team in higher vocational colleges,and discusses existing problems.From three levels of the state,school,and specialty,we put forward measures to build a "double-qualified" teacher teams for the experimental specialty of modern apprenticeship in higher vocational colleges.It is hoped to promote the construction of a high-quality "double-qualified" teacher team,improve teachers’ theoretical teaching and practical teaching ability,so as to provide guarantee for the smooth implementation of the experimental work of modern apprenticeship. |
