基于作战能力的装备经费比例优化方法

为使装备经费效益最大化,构建一种装备经费比例优化模型。通过分析装备经费的影响因素以及各类经费之间的影响关系,建立装备经费基本模型。以最早实现期望的装备作战能力为目标,以各类装备经费比例为控制变量,构建装备经费整体优化模型,给出模型的求解方法,并通过示例进行验证。结果表明,该模型是有效、可行的,可为提高装备经费效益提供理论参考。
