摘    要:研究了几种增黏树脂对HNBR硫化特性、力学性能、热空气老化性能及粘合性能的影响,并讨论了Ricobond1756树脂用量对HNBR性能的影响。结果表明,采用Ricobond1756树脂时,胶料力学强度、耐热空气老化性能最好且粘合性能较优异,最适合作为HNBR用增黏树脂;Ricobond1756用量对HNBR与RFL胶乳处理过的玻璃线绳粘合性能影响不大;可采用添加5.0份用量以下的Ricobond1756树脂来达到提高HNBR与胶浆处理尼龙布粘合性能的目的。

Abstract:The influence of several tackifying resin on HNBR curing characteristics, mechanical properties, hot air aging properties and adhesive properties were investigated, and the effect on properties of HNBR caused by the usage of Ricobond1756 was discussed. The results show that, compared with several kinds of tackifying resin, Ricobond1756 is the most suitable tackifying resin for HNBR. By using of Ricobond1756, the mechanical strength and heat aging performance was the best and the adhesive peHbrmance was excellent; The influence of Ricobond 1756 amount on the glass cord adhesive was small; The adhesive property of HNBR and nylon treated with latex was improved by adding to the Ricobond 1756 5.0 parts below.
