| 摘 要： | 如何完成旧建筑的成功改造已成为一个世界范围内的大课题,北京798艺术区是旧建筑改造的成功案例。本为首先阐述了798艺术区的概况,然后对798艺术园区内建筑改造的实例进行分析,研究并总结了其主要的改造手法和新材料的运用,对我国今后旧建筑改造具有一定的借鉴意义和参考价值。

| Abstract: | How to finish reforming successfully old buildings has become a world-wide major issue.Beijing 798 Art District is a successful case of old building’s renovation.This article firstly made an overview of 798 art district,and then analyzed the reform cases of 798 Art District,summarized the major re-design measures and new materials,which will give us some certain significance and reference value for future research of old building’s re-use. |
