层次模糊决策模型在公路交通网综合评价中的应用

摘    要:公路交通网的评价系统具有多层次、多属性的特点,而且各个属性值很难确定。解决这类问题最有效的工具就是模糊理论和层次分析法,因此,本文采用层次模糊决策模型来解决此问题。首先根据各个评价指标两两比较的相对重要程度确定判断矩阵,然后利用模糊理论进行一致性判定,最后进行排序计算,所得结果即可作为评价系统决策的依据。本文选用公路交通网评价系统的子系统经济评价为例进行分析计算,最终得出:争取公路晋级和减少公路拥挤是公路交通网获取经济效益的主要渠道。

Abstract:Evaluation system of road traffic web is characteristic of being multi-objective and multi-attributive, and every attribute value is difficult to measure. The valid tool to solve this type of problem is the fuzzy theory and level analytic method. Therefore, this paper uses level fuzzy decision model to solve it. At first, according to the comparative degree of two evaluating targets, this model builds a judgment matrix, and then judges the consistency by fuzzy theory, and at last gets an arrangement. The results become the gist of the evaluation system decision. This paper selects economic evaluation, the subsystem of evaluation system as an example for analysis and calculation. At last, it conces to the condusion that enhancing road grade and reducing traffic jam is the main channel for acquiring economic efficiency.
