苯噻氰

苯噻氰是一种性能优良的杀菌剂,有3种常见合成方法,包括2种2-巯基苯并噻唑法和1种氯甲基化法。一种2-巯基苯并噻唑法是用2-巯基苯并噻唑与溴氯甲烷反应生成2-氯甲基硫代苯并噻唑,2-氯甲基硫代苯并噻唑再与硫氰化钠反应得到苯噻氰;另一种2-巯基苯并噻唑法是先将溴氯甲烷与硫氰化钠反应生成硫氰酸氯甲酯,然后硫氰酸氯甲酯与2-巯基苯并噻唑反应得到苯噻氰。氯甲基化法是先用2-巯基苯并噻唑与多聚甲醛和氯化氢反应生成2-氯甲基硫代苯并噻唑,2-氯甲基硫代苯并噻唑再与硫氰化钠反应得到苯噻氰。

2-(Thiocyanomethylthio)benzothiazole is a germicide with good performances.There are three methods for synthesis of this compound,including two methods based on 2-mercaptobenzothiazole and one method by chloromethylate.2-(Thiocyanomethylthio)benzothiazole can be synthesized by reaction of 2-mercaptobenzothiazole with bromochloromethane to give 2-chloromethylthiobenzothiazole firstly,and then it reacts with sodium thiocyanate.It can also be prepared by reaction of bromochloromethane with sodium thiocyanate to obtain chloromethyl thiocyanate,and then it reacts with 2-mercaptobenzothiazole.By chloromethylate,2-(thiocyanomethylthio)benzothiazole can be synthesized by reaction of 2-mercaptobenzothiazole with paraformaldehyde and hydrogen chloride to give 2-chloromethylthiobenzothiazole firstly,and then it reacts with sodium thiocyanate.
