| 摘 要： | 再生橡胶企业的主要生产设备属于大功率机械设备,用电能耗较高.利用电力能源管理系统可有效降低产品电能消耗,实现移峰填谷,降低生产成本.南通回力橡胶公司将电力能源管理系统应用于电加热橡胶脱硫罐、橡胶塑炼机械中型电动机以及生产管理,既提高了用电水平,又达到了保护环境的目的.

| Abstract: | The main manufacture equipment of renewable rubber industries belongs to large power consumption equipment. The power energy management system can reduce the consumption of the products effectively in order to realize the peak load shifting and production cost reducing. Nantong Huili Rubber Corporation applies the power energy management system into rubber desulphurization installation, middle type motor of rubber mold-smelt mechanism and producing management. The system improves power consumption level and protects the environment. |
