合成氨生产中的现代转化工艺

摘    要:介绍了天然气、蒸汽转化工艺技术的最新进展。开发和应用绝热预转化工艺、预转化炉、转化换热器及组合式自热转化炉等新型转化技术,可改善管式一段转化炉的操作条件,节省燃料消耗,降低整个氨厂的能耗。在转化段引入一种新型的高温、高压预热气体工艺——里格特工艺,节能效果也很显著。

Abstract:Latest technical progress in steam reforming process of natural gas is introduced. The development and application of new reforming technique, such. as adiabatic pre-reforming, pre-reformer, reforming heat exchanger and combination autothermal reformer, can improve the operational conditions of primary tube reformer, save fuel and reduce the energy consumption of the whole ammonia plant. Regate process, a new bigh-temperature and highpressure preheating gas process which is added to reforming section, also achieves a remarkable energy saving effect.
