45钢低温轧制的生产实践

摘    要:为了降低能耗,提高钢材性能,石钢棒材生产线生产45钢采用了低温轧制工艺;该文建立了45钢变形抗力模型和温降模型。其计算结果表明设备能力可满足低温轧制工艺的要求;同时,分析了低温轧制工艺对组织性能的影响及其节能效果。

Abstract:In order to decrease energy consumption and improve products properties,the low temperature rolling technology was applied for round bar of 45 steel in Shijiazhuang Iron and Steel Co ,Ltd The resistance to deformation and temperature drop models of 45 steel were established,and its calculation results show that the capability of equipment can meet the need of processing Mean while,the saving energy effect and influence of low temperature rolling technology on microstructure and properties of products were analyzed
