| 摘 要： | 介绍客车前围冲锁孔的模具设计及制造工艺。由于该产品图所要求的孔距零件的边缘有较大的距离，其尺寸超出冲床的喉深，这就限制了采用冲床冲压。该模具采用手动冲孔，结构简单，制作快捷，适合大型件及野外作业使用。

| Abstract: | The mould design and manufacturing process of the bus lock hole was introduced.Because the distances between the hole and the edge needed by product drawing are so bigger that exceed the punch confine.The mould is designed to pierce by handwork,and the mould structure is simple.It is fit to use in the field. |
