高效液相色谱法测定帕米膦酸二钠含量

摘    要:采用高效液相色谱法测定帕米膦酸二钠的含量,色谱条件:流动相为乙腈一O.4%乙二胺四乙酸二钠的氢氧化钠溶液(15:85),荧光检测器,激发波长为395nm,发射波长为480ilm,流速为1.0mL·min-1,进样量为10μL。结果表明,帕米膦酸二钠定量限及检测限分别为5ng、2.5ng;精密度实验相对标准偏差(RSD)小于1.0%;在2.03-20.3μg·mL-1范围内帕米膦酸二钠浓度与峰面积线性关系良好。此方法重复性高、稳定性好,可准确、快捷地测定帕米膦酸二钠的含量。

Abstract:The content of pamidronate disodium was determined by HPLC. The HPLC conditions were as follows.the mobile phase of acetonitrile - 0.4 % EDTA disodium sodium hydroxide solution (15 : 85) ,the fluo- rescence detector with excitation wavelength of 395 nm and emission wavelength of 480 nm, the flow rate of 1.0 mL· min-1 ,the injection volume of 10 μL. Results showed that,the quantification limit of pamidronate dis- odium was 5 ng and its detection limit was 2.5 ng, the RSD of precision experiment was less than 1.0%. The concentration had good linear relationship with peak area within the range of 2.03 - 20.3 μg · mL-1. This method can determine the content of pamidronate disodium rapidly and accurately with high repeatability and good stability.
