预涂层-超滤膜联用工艺用于应急给水的应用研究

摘    要:针对应急供水特点,进行了粉末高岭土预涂层-膜过滤联用工艺处理应急水源的生产试验。结果表明,该工艺能够有效去除有机物,出水浊度、CODMn的平均值分别为0.01NTU和3.15mg/L,去除率分别达到98.76%和30.83%。工艺连续运行21d,膜压差增长缓慢,实现了长期稳定运行,水量和水质均适合应急供水的需求。

Abstract:A pilot scale test of emergency water source was conducted with precoating of kao-linultrafiltration membrane combined process for emergency drinking water treatment.The results demonstrated that the combined process could remove organics effectively.The average turbidity and CODMn in treated water were 0.01 NTU and 3.15 mg/L respectively,the removal rates were 98.76% and 30.83%respectively.The transmembrane pressure was increased slowly during 21 days continuous operation,suggesting that long-term running ...
