| 摘 要： | 介绍了09CuPCrNi-A耐候钢异型坯连铸时存在的表面纵向裂纹、接痕等严重影响产品质量的问题,分析了其产生原因,提出了相应的改进措施,主要包括优化钢种化学成份,调整拉速、过热度、异型坯连铸冷却工艺参数、浇铸方式等,使异型坯质量大幅提高,满足了09CuPCrNi-A耐候H型钢生产的需要。

| Abstract: | The teeming lap of beam blank continuous casting and the surface longitudinal crack of beam blank and H-beam are introduced in this paper.The mechanisms of them were researched on.On the basis of the results,the measures was worked out.Through the improved measures including optimization of chemical compositions of 09CuPCrNi-A H-beam,relatant beam blank continuous casting process etc.,the quality of beam blank and H-beam was improved,the ratio of defects was decreased. |
