摘    要:以氧化铝空心球和烧结氧化铝微粉为主要原料,制备氧化铝空心球隔热制品。研究了氧化镁以轻烧氧化镁粉、含镁氧化铝空心球的形式引入对试样抗热震性及其它性能的影响。结果表明:随轻烧氧化镁细粉和富铝尖晶石空心球的引入,材料的抗热震性明显提高,当轻烧氧化镁的加入量为5%,富铝尖晶石空心球加入量为25%时,能够显著提高材料的抗热震性;引入氧化镁的隔热制品,其体积密度和常温耐压强度稍有下降,烧成线变化率变大,荷重软化温度、重烧线变化率相差不大,而热导率降低了23%。

Abstract:The alumina bubble heat-insulated products were prepared using alumina bubble and burned alumina micro-powder as main raw materials.The effects of magnesia in the form of light burned magnesia powder or rich alumina spinel bubble on thermal shock resistance and other properties were studied.The results showed that,with the addition of light burned magnesia powder and rich alumina spinel bubble,the thermal shock resistance of materials was enhanced.When the light burned magnesia powder addition was 5% and the rich alumina spinel bubble addition was 25%,the thermal shock resistance improved obviously.With the magnesia addition,the density and cold crushing strength of materials decreased unobviously,linear change increased,the softening temperature under load and reburning linear change were not obviously influenced,but the thermal conductivity reduced by 23%.
