上流式反应器在VRDS工艺中的应用

齐鲁石化公司胜利炼油厂VRDS扩能改造引进了Chevron公司上流式反应器 (UFR)加氢技术 ,构成UFR/VRDS组合工艺 ,该装置已运转 2周期 94 1天。第二周期 ,UFR的A系列反应器仍更换进口催化剂 ,B系列则更换国产催化剂FZC 10U和FZC 11U。固定床主催化剂未更换。第二周期工业运行中 ,UFRA、B两系列反应器差压变化曲线非常拟合 ;整个UFR催化剂沉积金属总量为 118t ,其中Ni和V为 86t ,Fe和Ca为 2 8.9t,与第 1周期相应值 117.5t、81t和 32t非常相近。说明国产剂与进口剂性能十分相近。得出UFR和固定床催化剂运行的最佳搭配的经验 :UFR催化剂使用 1周期 ,固定床催化剂使用 2 .5周期。

APPLICATION OF UFR IN VRDS PROCESS

The up flow reactor (UFR) hydrogenation technology imported from Chevron Company was combined with the VRDS unit of Shengli Refinery , Qilu Petrochemical Company at the capacity expansion revamping and had run 2 cycle totally 941 days. At the second running cycle, the imported catalyst was still filled in the A reactor series, and the original catalysts in B reactor series were replaced by Chinese made FZC-10U and FZC-11U catalysts. In second cycle running, the variation curves of differential pressure in two reactor series were finely fitted. The total metal deposited amount on UFR catalyst was 118t, in which Ni plus V 86t and Fe plus Ca 28.9t, these were close to the corresponding values of 117.5t, 81t and 32 t in the first running cycle. The performance of the Chinese made catalysts was similar to that of the imported ones. The running result showed that the optimum match was 1 cycle UFR catalyst with 2.5 cycles fixed-bed catalyst.
