| Abstract: | The arsenic removal rate in each stage of the production of high-purity germanium dioxide is approached in the article. It was indicated that two ways of reducing the arsenic content in the germanium dioxide were to control the arsenic content in the raw germanium tetrachloride and to improve the air quality in the spaces of hydrolization. |
