| 摘 要： | 文章利用大地测量学的有关理论,分析地面实测距离在归算投影改正中所产生的长度变形,并在此基础上结合杭州市区的实际地理、地形情况,对几种坐标系的适用性进行了详尽的讨论与研究。结果表明:在任意带高斯正形投影的基础上建立起来的杭州市新坐标系,既解决了地面长度变形的问题,又使得地面点在新旧两套坐标系中的坐标值相差甚微。
