| 摘 要： | 为了满足多种建筑功能的要求，结合剪力墙结构和框架结构的优缺点，提出了框架-剪力墙结构，分析了框架与剪力墙协同工作的原理，对其结构受力性能进行了分析，详细探讨了框架-剪力墙结构的抗震性能，指出该体系改善了结构整体的受力性能，并提高了结构的抗震能力。

| Abstract: | To meet the need of multiform architectural function and combined the merits and defaults of shear wall structure and frame structure, it puts forward the frame-shear wall structure, analyses the principles of frame and shear wall and pressure performance of its structure, specifically discusses the anti-quake performance of frame-shear wall structure, points out that the system perfects the pressure performance of the whole structure and increases the anti-quake performance of structure. |
