基于故障检测的新型集中抄表系统硬件设计

摘    要:人工抄表已越来越不能适应当今社会的发展要求,国内开始出现不同抄表系统.但这些系统费用偏高,而且大部分不能记录水表引线的短路或开路等故障,鉴于现有抄表系统存在的问题,本文提出了低成本、高性能、具备故障检测和具有多种抄表方式的水量集中抄表系统,该系统采用最为廉价的微控制器作为采集器和集中器控制核心,充分利用I/O引脚,外围采用I^2C和SPI总线接口芯片,构成结构紧凑,可靠性高,生产成本低,可适应水、电和气的自动集中抄录.

Abstract:Manual meter reading can not keep up with the development of the society. Various meter reader systems have appeared in the country, but they cost too much and most of them can not record such faults as short circuit and open circuit of the lead of water meter. For the problems of the existing meter reader systems, the paper introduces a water amount centralized reading system with low cost, high performance, fault detection and several reading modes. The system uses the cheapest microcontroller as the kernel of control of data collector and concentrator and makes full use of the I/O pins. Its periphery uses I 2C and SPI bus interface chips. With compact structure, high reliability, and low production cost, the system is suitable for the automatic centralized reading of water, electricity and gas.
