摘    要:浙江玻璃股份有限公司在生产实践的基础上,研发出"双向稳流拉薄法",成功地生产0.75mm超薄浮法玻璃,其厚薄差和微观波纹度均达质量指标要求.本文将从合理使用拉边机、稳定锡液对流、稳定玻璃液流等方面所采取的有效措施作一些介绍.

Abstract:ZeJiang glass Co. Ltd has developed a new technology , the double-direction steady flow stretching , for producing ultra-thin glass , and successfully produced 0. 75mm float glass . The thickness difference and micro-waviness are both met the need of quality requirement . This article also describes some efficient steps for operating edge roller , stabilizing convection of tin fluid and settling flow of glass fluid .
